Before you write, your question might be answered here.

Once your order is dispatched (typically within 24 hours of placing it), you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number. You can click the link in the email or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to see the real-time status of your delivery.

You have full control over your subscription! Simply log in to your account on our website. From your account dashboard, you can easily change your coffee or tea selection, adjust the delivery frequency, skip your next scheduled shipment, or cancel your subscription entirely. All changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge date.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your coffee or tea for any reason, please contact us using the form above (select "Order Support") within 14 days of receipt. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include sending a different product we think you'll love or providing a store credit.

Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the United States and to Canada. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping to other international destinations. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our shipping zones!
