Introduction

Welcome to Aroma Delivered, a specialty coffee and tea delivery service. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from our roastery, your use of our website and platform, and all interactions with our brand. By using our services and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

To place an order with Aroma Delivered, you must be 18 years of age or older. You affirm that you will use our website and services only in a lawful, safe, and intended manner, adhering to all our policies.

Account and Customer Requirements

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and order information for all purchases made through our service. This includes your contact details, payment information, and delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. The customer who places the order is considered the primary responsible party for all transactions and subscription management.

Product Availability and Condition

We make every effort to ensure our coffee and tea are of the highest quality and freshness. However, specific single-origin lots are agricultural products and subject to seasonal availability, which may require substitutions of equal or greater value in our subscriptions. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation. You are responsible for properly storing your coffee and tea (e.g., in a cool, dark, airtight container) upon delivery and reporting any issues with the quality or condition of your delivered order in a timely manner.

Fees and Pricing

All product prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax. Delivery fees will be calculated and added at checkout. You are charged based on the prices listed at the time of your order. Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your purchase. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

Order Completion and Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including any necessary access codes or instructions. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if the delivery location is not secure. Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the address by our shipping partner, Aroma Delivered is no longer liable for the order's condition due to external factors like improper storage, damage from weather, or theft.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. Cancellations for one-time orders may be made up until the order is dispatched from our roastery. Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Wholesale and partnership orders are subject to a specific agreement detailed at the time of partnership. If you believe a product does not meet our quality standards, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery, with photographic evidence if applicable, to be eligible for a review and potential store credit or replacement product.

Intellectual Property

The Aroma Delivered name, Aroma logo, website content, photography, and all related service names and brand assets are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited license to access and use our website for personal use. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or website content is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct and Liability

Users are responsible for their use of our website. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing. Our total liability in connection with any product or service purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that specific order.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Los Angeles, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
